Ingredients

- 6 large eggs (separated)
- 3 tbsp full-fat cream cheese
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp gelatin (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C)
- Beat yolks + cream cheese
- Whip egg whites to stiff peaks
- Fold gently
- Shape buns
- Bake 28–32 minutes
- Cool on rack
