Ingredients
2 large eggs
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup oat flour or protein flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Whisk eggs and Greek yogurt until smooth.
Add flour and baking powder; mix into a soft dough.
Divide dough and shape into buns.
Bake for 18–20 minutes until set.
