- 2 large egg yolks

- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Lightly grease a baking sheet or muffin tin with butter.
- Beat the egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the egg yolks without deflating the mixture.
- Divide the mixture into 6 bun-sized portions.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and fully set.
- Cool completely before slicing or storing.
- Serve with burger patties, eggs, or lean meat.
