- 2 Tbsp melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Separate the eggs.
- Mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, egg yolks, melted butter, and vinegar.

- Mix until evenly combined.
- Beat the egg whites until aerated.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture.
- Divide into evenly sized portions on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

- Bake for 15–25 minutes, until puffy and just beginning to brown.
- Let cool completely.
