Description

This easy carnivore bread recipe uses only three ingredients to create a soft, low-carb bread perfect for sandwiches, burgers, and toast.
 

Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 cup milk powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
 
 

Instructions

 
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Whisk eggs in a bowl until slightly frothy.
3. Add milk powder and baking powder.
4. Mix until thick batter forms.
5. Pour batter into parchment lined loaf pan.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
7. Cool completely before slicing.
