Ingredients
Scale
4 eggs
115g cream cheese
100g mozzarella
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Beat eggs until fluffy
Melt cheese and mix with eggs
Add cream cheese and salt
Pour into pan
Bake 25–30 minutes
Cool before slicing
