½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup sugar-free nut butter (almond or peanut)
Instructions

Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.

Mix zucchini with cocoa powder until combined.

Add nut butter and mix into a thick batter.

Press into a lined pan.

Chill 1 hour or bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
