Ingredients
Scale

- 1 tablespoon aluminum-free baking powder
- 1.5 cups dairy or non-dairy milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a round or square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Add biscuits to a food processor and pulse until finely ground (should yield about 2 cups).
- In a bowl, combine biscuit powder and baking powder. Mix well.
- Add milk to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined (warming milk first makes mixing easier).
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish and tap on counter to remove air bubbles.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before adding toppings of choice.
