Ingredients

4 large eggs

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup powdered milk (or heavy cream powder)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.

Add shredded mozzarella and powdered milk, then mix until fully combined.

Pour the batter into silicone bun molds or a lined baking tray.

Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the buns are set and lightly golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Let the buns cool slightly to improve structure.
For a richer texture, avoid overbaking.
Best enjoyed fresh or lightly toasted.
