Description

Soft and rich carnivore brioche buns made with just 3 animal-based ingredients.
No flour, no sugar, and perfect for the carnivore diet. These buns have a tender, brioche-style texture ideal for burgers or sandwiches.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup powdered milk (or heavy cream powder)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.

  3. Add shredded mozzarella and powdered milk, then mix until fully combined.

  4. Pour the batter into silicone bun molds or a lined baking tray.

  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the buns are set and lightly golden on top.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.


Notes

Let the buns cool slightly to improve structure.

For a richer texture, avoid overbaking.

Best enjoyed fresh or lightly toasted.
