Description
Naturally sweetened, fudgy chocolate cake with fiber-rich pear and cocoa. No added sugar, grains, or dairy.

- 1 extra-large ripe pear (cored and chopped, skin on)
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a small baking dish (6×6 inches or two ramekins).
- Add pear, egg, and cocoa powder to blender. Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour batter into greased dish and smooth the top.
- Bake 30 minutes until top is set and toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use a very ripe pear for natural sweetness. Cake is meant to be dense and fudgy. Stores 4-5 days refrigerated or freeze up to 2 months. Kids and adults both love this!
